The primary focus of Experiment is on the innovative and radical artistic and literary forms that have provided – and continue to provide – Russian culture with its richness and resilience. Although the movements of the early twentieth century, therefore, receive particular attention (the first issue was devoted to the “classical” avant-garde, the second to the art of movement in the 1910s and 1920s, and the current one to the history of the Russian or State Academy of Artistic Sciences, the experimental manifestations of other cultural periods will also be discussed…
